'I'm fully all in with Bayern' - Kane reduces on Premier League homecoming
Kane marks his hundredth goal for Bayern Munich
Harry Kane has stated that his interest in going back to the Premier League has faded and he is open to explore a new deal with Bayern Munich.
The star striker is presently two years through the four-year deal he inked when joining from Tottenham Hotspur for a substantial fee in the transfer window of 2023.
The experienced forward has accumulated an impressive 103 goals in 106 matches for the German club, contributing them secure the 2024-25 Bundesliga championship - which was the first significant trophy of his illustrious career.
Tottenham boss Thomas Frank has previously expressed that he would be pleased to see Kane come back to England, where he requires 48 goals to overtake Alan Shearer's all-time Premier League scoring milestone of 260.
However, the England skipper has now indicated that he is no longer as enthusiastic about going back home as he once was, and would certainly consider prolonging his tenure in Bavaria.
"In terms of remaining longer, I could absolutely see that," he remarked.
"I spoke openly a couple of weeks ago that I have not had those discussions with Bayern yet, but if they were to occur I would be open to talk and have an straightforward conversation.
"Obviously it relies on how the next year or so unfolds and what we achieve together. Right now, I would say we are in a superb moment and I am not considering about anything else.
"In terms of the Premier League, I don't know. If you had inquired me when I first left to go to Bayern, I would have said for sure I would come back.
"Now I have been there a couple of years I would perhaps say that has diminished a little bit, but I wouldn't say I would never go back.
"What I have realized in my career is that different chances and different periods happen and things fall in place. Going back to my first point with Bayern right now I am totally all in with Bayern."
Record-breaking Achievements and Future Ambitions
Kane is the record top goalscorer for both Tottenham and England and lately became the quickest player this century to achieve 100 goals for a club playing in one of Europe's top five competitions, securing the achievement in just 104 games for Bayern.
However, a title had escaped him until he secured the German title last season.
Kane states that he was not sure how he would feel after ending his trophy barren spell, but now believes it has made him eager for more success.
"When you win a title like I did last year, maybe it could be tempting to go the other way and be like, 'OK I've done what I wanted to achieve'," he added.
"But it's given me more inspiration to do more and be better. I think I've shown that this year.
"I was curious in how I would feel after winning a trophy. Obviously there's still a lot more I want to achieve in terms of other trophies and bigger trophies for sure.
"But I think it was always just, in my head, what I was going to feel like after I did achieve winning my first one.
"But for sure, I pushed myself the other way in terms of being even better, eating even cleaner, doing more gym. Just trying to get the most out of what I've got right now."
